J&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps pour d\u00e9couvrir les cuisines du monde en parall\u00e8le de mes \u00e9tudes de commerce. J&rsquo; ai pass\u00e9 3 mois aux Etats-Unis, et plus de 6 mois en Asie pour d\u00e9couvrir un maximum de choses. Ayant grandi autour du restaurant familial, j ai pu c\u00f4toyer de nombreux chefs, mais surtout avoir le plaisir de travailler pour faire d\u00e9couvrir ma culture franco tha\u00ef.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui a inspir\u00e9 le nom de votre \u00e9tablissement ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Passionn\u00e9 de mythologie asiatique, il me paraissait naturel de nommer mon restaurant aux trois Nagas, avec un \u00e9tablissement le long de la Seine.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quelle est votre d\u00e9finition de la gourmandise ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je d\u00e9finis la gourmandise comme \u00e9tant un sentiment de satisfaction et de plaisir gustatif.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment caract\u00e9risez-vous votre cuisine ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ma cuisine est une cuisine tha\u00ef moderne.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parlez-nous de la premi\u00e8re fois o\u00f9 vous avez go\u00fbt\u00e9 du caviar ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 du <a href=\"https:\/\/caviar-de-neuvic.com\/de_ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">caviar<\/a> c&rsquo;\u00e9tait lors d un tournoi de golf. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait un superbe moment, tr\u00e8s bien encadr\u00e9. Ils nous permettaient vraiment de d\u00e9couvrir et de comprendre le produit.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 go\u00fbt\u00e9 du caviar Beluga ou du caviar Osci\u00e8tre ? Quelles sensations ? Une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence particuli\u00e8re ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&rsquo;ai eu la chance de pouvoir gouter les deux. La sensation est diff\u00e9rentes pour ces deux caviars. De m\u00e9moire, le Beluga \u00e9tait beaucoup plus gras et long en bouche. Par contre, l&rsquo;Osci\u00e8tre avait des notes plus iod\u00e9es. Les grains \u00e9taient \u00e9galement bien diff\u00e9rents. Je n&rsquo;ai pas vraiment de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, ce sont des produits \u00e0 travailler diff\u00e9remment. Chaque produit a ses forces et ses faiblesses. Il faut trouver avec quoi il se marie le lieux. La vivacit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;effervescence du champagne s&rsquo;accordent bien avec le caviar.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quel(s) vin(s) conseillez-vous pour la d\u00e9gustation du caviar ?
