Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, je poursuis son exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre bout du monde. \u200b\u00c0 20 ans, j&rsquo;int\u00e8gre la brigade du restaurant gastronomique \u00ab\u00a0C restaurant\u00a0\u00bb sur la c\u00f4te ouest Australienne. De retour sur la capitale Fran\u00e7aise, je prend l&rsquo;initiative de cr\u00e9er et d&rsquo;exposer ma cuisine au public.\u00a0Je rejoins les rangs du Chef Alain Ducasse pour l&rsquo;ouverture de son restaurant flottant amarr\u00e9 au pied de la Tour Eiffel.\u00a0\u200bEntreprenant, je suis sur le point d&rsquo;ouvrir mon \u00e9tablissement au c\u0153ur de la ville lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quelle est votre d\u00e9finition de la gourmandise ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De mon point de vue, la gourmandise\u00a0 n&rsquo;a pas \u00e0 proprement parl\u00e9 de d\u00e9finition ou de limite. Elle est propre \u00e0 chacun et peut concerner un nombre ind\u00e9termin\u00e9 de produits, d&rsquo;envies&#8230;\u00a0Mais si je devais r\u00e9sumer la gourmandise en quelques mots ce serait : plaisir, p\u00e9ch\u00e9, douceur et g\u00e2terie !<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comment caract\u00e9risez-vous votre cuisine ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re pouvoir la caract\u00e9riser comme bonne et belle dans un premier temps. Puis vient le graphique, le moderne&#8230; Le principal est de sublimer le produit !<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parlez-nous de la premi\u00e8re fois o\u00f9 vous avez go\u00fbt\u00e9 du caviar.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La premi\u00e8re fois ! En cuisine, du tourteau, une l\u00e9g\u00e8re mayonnaise Espelette, de l&rsquo;avocat et une quenelle de caviar ! Un d\u00e9lice&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 go\u00fbt\u00e9 du caviar Beluga ou du caviar Osci\u00e8tre ? Quelles sensations ? Une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence particuli\u00e8re ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oui j&rsquo;ai eu la chance de gouter ces deux caviars, une sensation plus fondante avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/caviar-de-neuvic.com\/de_ch\/parlons-caviar\/univers-du-caviar\/caviar-beluga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">caviar b\u00e9luga<\/a>.
