We often visit our partners to control the quality of the caviars delivered in maturing tins in Neuvic. They are controlled again and repacked in smaller tins in our laboratory.

Serve caviar

We recommend to take the caviar tin out of the refrigerator 5 minutes before serving. Place it on ice to keep caviar fresh during tasting. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve grains and avoid oxidization.
