De l\u00e0, j&rsquo;ai parcouru les \u00c9tats-Unis et l&rsquo;Espagne, avant de m&rsquo;installer en France pour r\u00e9aliser mon r\u00eave en ouvrant mon restaurant, Tlali, sur la Place Saint Pierre \u00e0 Bordeaux<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui a inspir\u00e9 le nom de votre \u00e9tablissement ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le nom de mon \u00e9tablissement, Tlali, est profond\u00e9ment inspir\u00e9 par mes origines et mon parcours. Apr\u00e8s avoir connu un premier projet de restaurant au Mexique qui n&rsquo;a pas abouti, j&rsquo;ai choisi de baptiser mon nouveau restaurant Tlali. Ce terme, en langue nahuatl, \u00e9voque le renouvellement, la terre, la vie &#8211; symbolisant ainsi le cycle perp\u00e9tuel de renaissance et d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s dans ma vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comment caract\u00e9risez-vous votre cuisine ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je caract\u00e9rise ma cuisine comme \u00e9tant franco-mexicaine, avec une touche de modernit\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Je m&rsquo;efforce d&rsquo;allier les saveurs et les techniques traditionnelles mexicaines avec des influences fran\u00e7aises, tout en ajoutant une touche personnelle qui rend chaque plat unique et m\u00e9morable.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Parlez-nous de la premi\u00e8re fois o\u00f9 vous avez d\u00e9gust\u00e9 du caviar.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 du caviar, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait lors d&rsquo;une d\u00e9gustation organis\u00e9e par notre commercial, C\u00e9lia. Elle nous a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 quatre vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de caviar diff\u00e9rentes, et parmi celles-ci, le <a href=\"https:\/\/caviar-de-neuvic.com\/fr\/caviar-baeri\/81-caviar-baeri-signature.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">baeri<\/a> m&rsquo;a particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duit par son go\u00fbt subtil de noisette, moins iod\u00e9 que d&rsquo;autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s. Pour moi, int\u00e9grer ce produit d&rsquo;exception dans mes plats repr\u00e9sentait un d\u00e9fi passionnant, en proposant quelque chose d&rsquo;unique et de tr\u00e8s raffin\u00e9 \u00e0 ma client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 go\u00fbt\u00e9 du caviar Beluga ou Osci\u00e8tre ? Quelles sensations ? Une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence particuli\u00e8re ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;occasion de go\u00fbter de<a href=\"https:\/\/caviar-de-neuvic.com\/parlons-caviar\/caviar-baeri-ou-oscietre-que-choisir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> l&rsquo;osci\u00e8tre<\/a> par le pass\u00e9 et j&rsquo;ai vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 son caract\u00e8re. Cependant, m\u00eame si j&rsquo;ai aim\u00e9 cette exp\u00e9rience, je ne pr\u00e9vois pas d&rsquo;en proposer \u00e0 la carte de mon restaurant. Le caviar, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, est per\u00e7u comme un produit d&rsquo;exception, et bien qu&rsquo;il soit tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, il reste souvent associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9. Cela permet vraiment d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier toutes les subtilit\u00e9s de ses saveurs. Cependant, le caviar peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre parfaitement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres plats.
