Suitable for 10g caviar tins
Reusable silicone mold for 6 ice cubes of 8 x 8 cm
Fill the silicone mold with water and let it freeze on a flat surface for at least one night.
Add a final layer of water to smooth the base of the ice cube about 1 hour before serving, if necessary.
For a perfectly square and transparent ice cube, perform slow freezing (for example, in a closed polystyrene box) for 24 hours using demineralized water.
To unmold the ice cube, turn the silicone sides inside out while pressing on the bottom of the mold.
Serve the ice cube on a deep plate and place the caviar tin in the slot provided for this purpose.
