Caviar Baeri

Baeri caviar, produced from the Acipenser baerii sturgeon, is characterised by its buttery and slightly nutty notes.

The Baeri Caviar comes from Acipenser Baerii sturgeon farmed in Neuvic, Aquitaine.

The sturgeon that provide us with Neuvic caviar are all farmed in the best conditions. High-quality, fresh water, organic feed, low density and minimal handling.

A balanced caviar

On the palate, this producer's caviar is characterised by the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the eggs. A slight hint of hazelnut on the finish.

A palette of delicate sensations gives this caviar its elegance and balance.

The Acipenser Baerii sturgeon is historically native to Siberia.

Today, it is one of the most common speciesfarmed in France.

The Acipenser Baerii sturgeon can grow up to 3 metres in its natural habitat. In our farms, its size varies between 0.5 and 1 metre. This sturgeon rarely weighs more than 10 kilos.

It takes at least 7 years for the female to produce her first eggs.
