Wild Salmon roe

Les œufs de Saumon sont issus de poissons origine Alaska ou Canada (Oncorhynchus Keta), une espèce sauvage de l’océan Pacifique.

Its roe is generously sized with a jam-like texture. On the palate, they roll around on the tongue and then burst under the palate, providing a sensation of freshness and intense iodine flavours. A delicate texture with marine notes to flavour your aperitifs, cocktails and salads. Also ideal with mashed potatoes.

Red caviar

Its lower price compared to caviar explains why it is more widely consumed. Caviar de Neuvic selects its salmon roe supplier to ensure superior quality and meet the standards of the Neuvic l'Épicerie range. Neuvic l’Épicerie.

Fun fact: Outside France, these roe are nicknamed “red caviar,” particularly in Russia, where they are very popular.
