Description

Serving suggestion

Lobster Butter should be taken out of the fridge a few minutes beforehand to soften, allowing it to spread evenly. It is best consumed within 48 hours after opening to preserve the balance and freshness of its flavors.

Spread on toasts for an aperitif, melt over mashed potatoes, pasta, risotto, or white meat, or enjoy as soldiers with soft-boiled eggs.

Pairing

Lobster Butter pairs beautifully with champagne, but it also matches perfectly with the structure and subtle aromatic complexity of a fine white Burgundy.
