Dried Caviar is made by dehydrating caviar grains. Easier to use than fresh caviar and less fragile to handle, this product offers a wide range of applications. It takes 120 g of classic caviar to obtain 40 g of dried caviar. Use it like pepper or spices, to season your preparations.

Serving suggestion

Dried Caviar pairs beautifully with fresh pasta, fish, or a seafood risotto. Just 1 to 3 grams are enough to add a special touch and character to your dish. This product is also excellent for creating sauce bases with the refined flavors of caviar.
