Baeri Reserve Caviar comes from the Acipenser Baeri sturgeon. As nature sometimes has surprises in store, some sturgeons honour us with exceptional caviar with an impressive length on the palate, giving it the quality of reserve caviar.

The finest grains are selected for their rarity and incomparable length on the palate. The firm, silky texture of the eggs releases buttery and woody notes in the mouth, with a long-lasting finish.

Description

Serve caviar with an ‘Origine’ box

Remove the rubber band around the tin and carefully lift the lid. Scoop out a generous amount of caviar from the centre of the tin with a mother-of-pearl spoon. Place the caviar on the back of your hand between your thumb and forefinger to warm it slightly. Enjoy it straight from your hand, letting the grains melt on your tongue.
