Serve caviar with an ‘Origine’ box

Remove the rubber band around the tin and carefully lift the lid. Scoop out a generous amount of caviar from the centre of the tin with a mother-of-pearl spoon. Place the caviar on the back of your hand between your thumb and forefinger to warm it slightly. Enjoy it straight from your hand, letting the grains melt on your tongue.
