Caviar de Neuvic has crafted this Vodka with a bespoke recipe to accompany your caviar tasting. During distillation, we add botanicals and pollen from the Domaine’s beehives.
Vodka Neuvik is the result of long-term work in collaboration with local partners and products. It is therefore a 100% local vodka.
Wheat alcohol, water, hibiscus flower, Batak berries, and chestnut flower pollen are the ingredients that compose this vodka, lightly aromatic yet dry enough not to overpower the taste of caviar.
The pollen used comes directly from the Domaine, and the unique recipe was created to pair perfectly with Caviar de Neuvic. Its dry profile preserves the delicate flavors of the caviar.
