Smoked pike roe

Smoked pike roe is appealing thanks to its elegant beige colour and delicate texture. Sourced from wild pike caught in Canada's great lakes and rivers, it is carefully prepared in our workshop in Neuvic. Thanks to traditional craftsmanship and perfectly controlled smoking, it retains all the subtlety of its natural flavour.

Less well known than salmon or trout roe, pike roe offers a unique taste experience. Its delicate smoky flavour combines with the freshness and slightly buttery character of the roe to create a delicious balance. This rare product enriches the Caviar de Neuvic range, offering an original and elegant alternative.

Smoked pike roe can be enjoyed simply on a warm blini, accompanied by crème fraîche or a melt-in-the-mouth potato. Their delicate flavour also allows them to be paired with more daring creations, both as an aperitif and as a starter. An exceptional product that reveals all the pleasure of refined tasting.
