Caviar Tarama

Caviar tarama is made from smoked cod roe emulsified into a delicate preparation. It is characterized by its light, creamy texture and pinkish-beige color. A premium tarama is defined by its roe content, which is why our recipe contains 40% roe, with no added coloring, enriched with 10% caviar.

Traditional tarama is prepared using salted and smoked cod roe, finely crushed into a smooth paste, and blended with oil to achieve its creamy, delicious texture. In this recipe, we also add 10% caviar pearls for a refined, iodized touch.

Enjoy on blinis or toasted bread. It also pairs beautifully with crunchy vegetables for dipping.
