Salmo Salar salmon roe

This salmon roe comes from the Salmo Salar species, sourced from farmed fish originating in Norway and processed in our production facility in France. It is larger in size and has a crunchier texture than wild salmon roe.

Unlike traditional salmon roe, Salmo Salar roe is characterised by its crunchy texture, reminiscent of trout roe. However, on the palate, it has the powerful, iodine flavour so characteristic of salmon roe.

Caviar de Neuvic remains true to its philosophy of promoting and offering a wider range of fish roe to satisfy all tastes.

Description

Serving suggestion

Enjoy on its own or on toast, with a little crème fraîche, or paired with fresh salmon, scrambled or boiled eggs, or potatoes.
