Of Norwegian origin, our whole Bömlo-labeled smoked salmon is carefully processed at our estate in Neuvic. First, it is hand-salted before being smoked whole for many hours over beechwood.

Discover Bömlo salmon, an exceptional product from farms located in an ideal natural environment. Bathed in cold water and strong marine currents, it grows in conditions close to its natural habitat. Its well-being is preserved thanks to low farming density (1% salmon for 99% water), ensuring stress-free growth without the use of antibiotics. Fed with a natural diet, free from GMOs and antibiotics, it offers remarkably high-quality flesh. Staying true to its responsible and environmentally respectful commitments, Maison Neuvic carefully selects its raw materials.
