Premium tarama

Natural tarama is made from smoked cod roe emulsified to perfection.

It is characterized by its light and creamy texture and its beige-pink color. A superior-quality tarama stands out for its high roe content, which is why our recipe contains 40% roe and no added coloring.

Following the traditional recipe, tarama is prepared using salted cod roe, smoked over beechwood, finely mashed into a purée, and then blended with oil to achieve this creamy and delicious texture.

Enjoy on blinis or toasted bread. It also pairs beautifully with crunchy vegetables for dipping.
