Smoked sturgeon

Smoked sturgeon is a surprising and delicate product. Light and melt-in-the-mouth, it can be served as an appetizer on a slice of toasted bread with a dash of lemon. It can also enhance your salads, pasta dishes, or mashed potatoes.

Our smoked sturgeon portions are made from our finest sturgeon fillets. First, they are salted by hand before being smoked whole for several hours over beechwood. This long and meticulous process preserves and develops all the flavor qualities of smoked sturgeon.

Our production process necessarily includes freezing. Our products are then defrosted before being sold, which does not affect their organoleptic quality.
