Organic Fountain Salmon roe

Our organic brook trout eggs come from the Salvelinus fontinalis species.

Caviar de Neuvic has selected the production of Mas de Pommier, located at the foot of Larzac in the middle of a natural park listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Brook trout roe is golden in colour, medium in size and firmer than caviar. It has a slightly smoky, salty flavour. Its delicate taste makes it very popular with customers.

The producer, Mas de Pommier, has over 30 years of experience in fish farming. The water on site is pure and has no negative impact on the environment.

Enjoy on its own or on toast, with a little crème fraîche, or paired with fresh salmon, scrambled or boiled eggs, potatoes, or on a blini.
