Smoked trout roe

Smoked trout roe comes from the Oncorhynchus Mykiss species, sourced from fish originating in France.

It is smaller in size and has a crunchier texture than salmon roe. The roe is harvested fresh before being salted and smoked in our workshop in Neuvic. This delicate process preserves the delicate flavour of the trout roe.
