Shipping and returns & Shipping your parcel

Parcels are shipped for delivery on the date chosen by the customer on our website and upon receipt of payment. They are shipped via Chronofresh with a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
