Rillettes d'Esturgeon

Caviar de Neuvic has developed a collection of fine grocery products with a focus on the complete valorization of the sturgeon. 95% of the sturgeon is utilized, and the remaining 5% is composted.

With this in mind, Caviar de Neuvic sought the valuable advice of a company in Le Mans to develop its sturgeon rillettes.

Each recipe offers a unique, refined and original flavour.
