Sévruga Signature Caviar

Sevruga caviar comes from the Acipenser Stellatus sturgeon. Now extinct in the wild, it is one of the rarest caviars in aquaculture. It is worth noting that, at the time, Sevruga accounted for 60% of wild production in the Caspian Sea.

Caviar de Neuvic allows Sevruga enthusiasts to enjoy this exceptional caviar.

Sevruga caviar, reminiscent of wild caviar

The powerful notes of Sevruga caviar will delight the palates of connoisseurs. Its delicate grains are small and anthracite in colour. It is renowned for its very pronounced iodine flavour. Sevruga caviar is most often enjoyed by consumers who desire a caviar with a ‘full-bodied’ taste.

Advice

It is best to take your box of caviar out of the refrigerator 5 minutes before serving. Place it on a bed of ice, which will keep it fresh throughout the tasting. Use a small mother-of-pearl spoon, which will not break the grains or cause oxidation.

The purity and power of a fine vodka will provide an interesting counterpoint to the buttery, indulgent notes of caviar, while enhancing its not-so-innocent freshness.
