Beluga caviar is often considered the king of caviar varieties.
This is partly due to the size of its grains, which are often appreciated by consumers who crave wild caviar. Beluga caviar comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon, which must be at least 20 years old.

Beluga Caviar
The Beluga Caviar is easily recognisable among all other types of caviar thanks to its large, pearl grey, melt-in-the-mouth eggs.
Thanks to an exclusive partnership with a fish farm in Bulgaria, Caviar de Neuvic offers you this exceptional Beluga Caviar
Beluga caviar, reminiscent of wild caviar
Its grains are the largest of all caviars. It has a powerful flavour and a creamy texture. Its colour varies in shades of light grey.
Beluga caviar is very rare and also the most prestigious of all caviars..
Beluga caviar comes from the Huso Huso
Beluga caviar comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon. Raised in the middle of a reservoir fed by melting snow, this species of sturgeon can weigh over 100 kilos at 20 years of age.
Today, only certain countries produce farmed beluga caviar. The size of this sturgeon also contributes to the product's reputation. The record catch was a Beluga sturgeon measuring over 7 metres and weighing 1.5 tonnes!
In addition, female sturgeon only produce eggs after 18 years of life. This explains the large size of its eggs, often appreciated by consumers who are nostalgic for wild caviar.
