Ossetra Signature Caviar - No waste
To fight against food waste and in its daily action for sustainable development, Caviar de Neuvic occasionally offers you products discounted with short expiry dates and expiry dates.
This caviar comes from the Gueldenstaedtiii sturgeon, historically native to the Caspian Sea, around the age of 12. It is produced at the Domaine in Neuvic with all the know-how and commitment to quality specific to Caviar de Neuvic.
The Signature range is the assurance of choosing a caviar corresponding to Neuvic Caviar quality standards. Know-how and respect for the environment. The sturgeons that give us Neuvic Caviar are all raised in the best conditions. Quality, renewed water, organic food, low density and little handling.
An emblematic Caviar
The Oscietra sturgeon is a renowned species when we talk about caviar. Its taste is both powerful and structured, which allows it to be appreciated by all palates, even the most experienced. This caviar is elegant and vibrant. Its grains, of medium size, quite firm with golden highlights, of good size, burst in the mouth and reveal delicate marine notes which recall the freshness and finesse of the oyster.

Serve caviar
We recommend to take the caviar tin out of the refrigerator 5 minutes before serving. Place it on ice to keep caviar fresh during tasting. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve grains and avoid oxidization.
