The Huso company breeds sturgeons and produces caviar in Neuvic (24). Our Caviar de Neuvic brand embodies a new caviar culture. The brand values ​​are Respect, Excellence and Innovation. We are a company with a mission and recently labeled B Corp. The company has 60 employees in Neuvic, 6 in Paris, 2 in Lyon and 2 in Bordeaux. Our caviar is distributed in 27 countries.
