2 / Application of the GTC

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders taken on the website www.caviar-de-neuvic.com. They are exclusive of any other condition of purchase of the customers, which are in opposition to HUSO.

3 / Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the court of competent jurisdiction shall be the domicile of the defendant or, at the option of the defendant, the place of actual delivery of the product.

4 / Computer law and freedom

7 / HUSO's obligations

HUSO undertakes, after confirmation of the order and validation of payment, to sell and deliver the ordered products to the designated recipient during business hours (Tuesday to Friday). 8 / Obligations of the client

10 / Payment

All purchases must be paid before delivery. Payment by credit card online: you are redirected to the secure site of Societe Generale (SOGENACTIF) guaranteeing the preservation of the confidential nature of the transmitted data (in particular card number, date of validity, visual cryptogram on the back of the card) by protection and cryptology procedures. The shipment can only take place after acceptance of the bank. Payment by check: payable to SAS HUSO. Upon receipt of this, the company HUSO undertakes to ship the goods. HUSO reserves the right to cancel the order of a customer with whom there is an ongoing litigation. Any delay of payment will entail in addition to the interests of delay envisaged in article L.441-6 of the Code of commerce, the immediate exigibility of the total of the sums due to HUSO by the customer, without formality any nor preliminary notice, without prejudice to any other action that HUSO would be entitled to bring against the customer in this respect. In addition, the customer in a situation of late payment will be automatically debtor, in respect of HUSO, a fixed compensation for recovery costs of 40 €. If the collection costs incurred exceed this amount, HUSO may request additional compensation upon justification. 11 / Availability

All orders will be honored within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the products after validation of the order, HUSO will inform the customer by e-mail or by phone within 24 hours (working day). The customer can then cancel the order or request the exchange of the products concerned.

12 / Delivery

The choice of routing and delivery is the responsibility of HUSO. The customer agrees to be present to receive the package and verify the contents with the carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the moment when he takes, or a third party that he has designated, physically possession of the products. HUSO undertakes to inform the customer of the tracking number of his package by e-mail. The customer must check the package upon arrival in the presence of the carrier and inform HUSO of any abnormality within 24 hours.

HUSO undertakes to deliver in Metropolitan France, within 48 hours from the confirmation of taking into account the order.

Deliveries are scheduled from Tuesday to Friday, Saturday on specific request. No delivery will be provided on Mondays, Sundays, as well as public holidays and bank holidays.

In case of absence HUSO reserves the right to make a new delivery the next morning with a notice from the carrier, or a return of the package directly to the place of shipment. For quality reasons, HUSO is solely responsible for this decision.

13 / Complaint and mediation

13.1 / Claim

The products delivered by HUSO have been the subject of the most rigorous care before packaging and shipping which is carried out so as to preserve the perfect preservation of products. 13.2 / Mediation

14 / Withdrawal period

14.1 / Conditions, period and methods of exercise

14.2 / Effects
