Baeri Signature Caviar comes from the Acipenser Baeri sturgeon raised in Neuvic, in Aquitaine. The sturgeons that give us Neuvic Caviar are all raised in the best conditions. Quality, renewed water, organic food, low density and little handling.

Our Signature caviars embody the style and quality of the Caviar de Neuvic brand.

A balanced caviar

In the mouth, this producer's caviar is characterized by the melting texture of the eggs. A little nutty note on the finish. A palette of delicate sensations gives this quality its elegance and balance.

Serve caviar

We recommend to take the caviar tin out of the refrigerator 5 minutes before serving. Place it on ice to keep caviar fresh during tasting. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve grains and avoid oxidization.
