A great "discovery box" offer for Caviar de Neuvic products! It gives you an idea of all the products derived from sturgeon eggs! It makes you want to continue discovering this French caviar, which is as good as Russian or Iranian! In any case, it's quite a change from the seafood presented at the end-of-year festivities; here, it's a refined product, highly elaborated for consumption, among connoisseurs only: indeed, some people are insensitive to this type of product and find it excessively expensive for the quantity, and therefore inevitably a bit of a snob: among other things, smoked sturgeon is nothing exceptional compared to other smoked fish we know (swordfish, salmon, trout, herring...): it's true that it's not always easy to find the right product for the right taste....): it's true that we have a very good artisanal farmed fish smoker close to home!... In any case, caviar, caviar butter and rillettes have been a great success!... salmon roe is a very surprising product, quite equivalent to the famous sturgeon roe, and would help democratize the consumption of fish roe while respecting species populations. They also explode on the palate, just like the famous caviar eggs, and have a unique, very fresh taste! Despite everything, the average price of caviar is still a real deterrent, unless you don't count on spending any money at all!... Regular purchasers of this type of luxury product are not fussy about the price!... Occasional consumers, on the other hand, see it as an opportunity to diversify their tastes and experiences!
