Natural Tarama
Tarama is made from emulsified smoked cod roe.
It is characterized by its light and unctuous texture and its beige-pink color. A premium tarama is distinguished by its egg content, which is why our recipe has 40% eggs and no added coloring.
Tarama according to the traditional recipe is made using salted cod roe, smoked with beech wood, mashed into a fine puree, then mixed with oil to obtain that creamy and delicious texture. To taste on blinis or a toast of toast. It also goes very well with crunchy vegetables to dip.
