Caviar de Neuvic combines butter and truffle. 10% broken Périgord black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) lightly color a quality butter.
The Truffle Butter is made directly at the Domaine with broken black truffles from Périgord.
Truffle Butter is a traditional recipe from Périgord. This product is therefore based on this recipe to offer it throughout the year. For a 45g box, you can make around 25 toasts. Preferably take it out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before to appreciate all the flavors.
