Salmon roe Salmo Salmo Salar
These salmon eggs come from the Salmo Salar species, from farmed fish of Norwegian origin and processed in our manufacturing workshop in France. Their size is more generous and their texture crunchier than wild salmon eggs.
Indeed, unlike classic salmon eggs, Salmo Salar eggs are characterized by their crunchy texture reminiscent of trout. However, in the mouth, we find the power and iodine so particular to salmon roe.
Caviar de Neuvic remains in its philosophy of promoting a wider range of fish roe in order to meet all desires.
