Our smoked sturgeon steaks are made from our finest sturgeon fillets. First, they are salted by hand before being smoked whole for several hours over beech wood. This long and meticulous process preserves and develops all the taste qualities of the smoked sturgeon.

Our production process necessarily includes freezing. Our products are then thawed to be sold, which does not harm their organoleptic quality.

 Product frozen, then defrosted. Do not refreeze.
