The farm is certified AquaRéa (Responsible Aquaculture), which certifies sanitary control, biodiversity and aquaculture farming practices, control of water management and its physicochemical characteristics, the societal role of the fish farmer , energy management and waste management.

In 2013, Caviar de Neuvic is named among the 10 remarkable companies by Initiative France. This association identifies, supports and accompanies projects of innovative companies, valuing a territory and a human capital.

Since 2014, the company has been labeled "Saveur du Périgord", a guarantee of authenticity for consumers especially in supermarkets.

Since 2015, the company is a member of the Culinary College of France, whose mission is to promote and transmit the identity of French cuisine and the diversity, tradition and innovative capacity that characterize it. As such, we receive each year in Paris the producers and restaurateurs of the Culinary College for sincere and friendly meetings between enthusiasts.

The IFS (International Food Standard) obtained since 2016 is a reference system for auditing the quality and safety of processes and products of agri-food companies. This certification enhances the production and marketing efforts put in place to guarantee safety and quality to the consumer.
