RULES OF THE COMPETITION WITH OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE FOR THE VALENTINE’S DAY 2025 COMMERCIAL OFFER ORGANIZED BY THE CAVIAR DE NEUVIC COMPANY FROM 01/28/2025 TO 02/16/2025 IN PARTNERSHIP WITH “PARIS SEINE”

Article 1 – PURPOSE The company SAS HUSO simplified joint stock company, with capital of €8,762,200.00, registered under SIREN 535337182, whose head office is located in Neuvic (24190), represented by Laurent Deverlanges in his capacity as President, organizes from 01/28/2025, from 00:01 a.m., to 02/16/2025, 11:59 p.m. a game with compulsory purchase entitled “Cruise on the Seine”, only accessible on the internet on the Caviar de Neuvic website and in the Caviar de Neuvic stores in Neuvic, Paris and Bordeaux.

Article 2 – PARTICIPATION

2.1. Access to the Game

The Game is open to any natural person of legal age, residing in Metropolitan France (hereinafter the “Participant”), with the exception of staff members of the structures organizing the Game, and any person who participated directly or indirectly in its organization or its realization, as well as their spouse (marriage, civil partnership, cohabitation) and members of their family: direct lineal ascendants and descendants. Participation in the Game is limited to one participation per household (same name, same address) and per day for the entire duration of the Game. Participation is strictly nominative and the Participant may under no circumstances play under several pseudonyms or on behalf of other people. The Organizing Company reserves the right to ask any Participant to provide proof of these conditions. Any Participant not meeting these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the Game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from their prize. Likewise, any false declaration, indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the Participant and, where applicable, the reimbursement of the prize(s) which have already been sent to him/her. Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these regulations.

2.2. Conditions of participation

The game is organized from 01/28/2025, from 12:01 a.m., to 02/16/2025, 11:59 p.m. To participate in the game and try to win the prize at stake, in addition to the conditions defined in article 1 above, each participant must respect the following conditions of participation: – Read and accept the rules without reservation, – Make a purchase of a minimum amount of 250 euros (including tax and excluding shipping costs), At the end of the game there will be a draw for one (1) winner. The Participant will notify the Organizing Company of any possible modification of their personal data by contacting by e-mail at the following address: contact@caviardeneuvic.com

2.3. Validity of participation

The information and contact details provided by the Participant must be valid and sincere, under penalty of exclusion from the Game and, where applicable, loss of status as winner. It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the Game devices, in order to modify the results or to influence the designation of a winner by automated and/or unfair means. In the event that a Participant has apparently won a prize in contravention of these regulations, by fraudulent or unfair means, or by any means other than those resulting from the process described by the Organizing Company in these regulations, his prize will not be awarded to him and will remain the property of the Organizing Company, without prejudice to any legal proceedings that may be brought against the Participant by the Organizing Company or by third parties.

Article 3 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER – AWARD OF PRIZES

3.1. Designation of the winner

The Winner is designated in accordance with the provisions of article 2.2 of these regulations by the Organizing Company, within 30 (thirty) days following the end of the Game, i.e. no later than 03/18/2025. The Organizing Company will inform you of the winner's designation and the terms and conditions for benefiting from the prizes as follows: By telephone or email. In this regard, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for sending the email or call to a fraudulent email or to an inaccurate number due to an error on the part of the Participant.

3.2. Allocation of grants

The winner must, within 15 (fifteen) days of the Organizing Company sending the message confirming the win, provide their contact details (surname, first name, email and postal address) in order to receive the prize. The winner's silence within the aforementioned period will constitute pure and simple renunciation of his prize. The prize will be sent by email within 30 (thirty) days following the sending of the confirmation message sent to the Organizing Company. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for sending the prize to an inaccurate email address due to an error that the winner made when indicating his or her contact details. After sending the gift voucher by email, the winner has 1 year to use their gift voucher.

Article 4 – AWARDS

The winner undertakes to accept their prize (a dinner cruise for 2 people worth €250) as offered, without the possibility of exchanging it for cash or other goods or services of any kind whatsoever. The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize equivalent in value or characteristics, for any reason whatsoever without its liability being incurred in this regard.

Article 5 – USE OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. As part of the Game, Participants communicate personal data concerning them to the Organizing Company, which will be the recipient. The personal data of Participants are subject to processing for which the data controller is the company called the “Organizing Company” for the purposes of the Game, whose contact details are indicated in the preamble to these Game rules. The data collected during participation in the Game are necessary for participation in the Game and the data which is collected from the winning Participant is necessary for the allocation of prizes (surname, first name, postal address, telephone number). Their absence of collection will make any participation in the Game inaccessible and will not allow the allocation of prizes. Participants guarantee the transmission of accurate information and undertake to transmit any modification concerning them as quickly as possible. The personal data of Participants will be used for the following purposes only: to ensure the proper management of the Game, in accordance with these regulations and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

5.2. Each Participant has a right of access, rectification, limitation, portability, opposition, erasure of the processing of their data, withdrawal of their consent, at any time, and define post-mortem directives. These rights can be exercised by email to contact@caviardeneuvic.com or by post to the address below: Caviar de Neuvic – 430 Route de la Veyssière – 24190 Neuvic. If applicable, you may be asked for a copy of your identity card. The Organizing Company has a data protection delegate who can be contacted by email via contact@caviardeneuvic.com. At any time, you can submit a complaint to the CNIL.

5.3. On the condition that the winner has accepted the collection of their personal data in accordance with the preceding provisions, the winner expressly authorizes the Organizing Company to use their contact details (last name, first name, city) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium including the internet, without restriction or reservation, for a maximum period of one (1) year from the closing date of the Game and without this giving them any right to remuneration or any advantage other than the award of their prize.

Article 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety, the laws, regulations and other texts applicable in France. Consequently, the Organizing Company cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive: • failure of any reception equipment or communication lines; • loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data; • routing problems. It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind, a suspension or the end of the Game, for whatever reason.

Article 7 – ACCESS AND INTERPRETATION OF THE REGULATIONS – MODIFICATIONS

7.1. Access The rules of the Game are available on the site https://caviar-de-neuvic.com/fr/content/124-reglement-du-jeu-concours-saint-valentin-2025/ and can be obtained on simple request at the address of the Game below (reimbursement of the stamp on request at the current slow rate): Caviar de Neuvic – 430 Route de la Veyssière – 24190 Neuvic. No oral request regarding the Game will be responded to. Any complaint must be sent in writing to the Organizing Company at the address mentioned above before 02/16/2025. After this period, no complaints will be accepted.

7.2. Interpretation of the regulations

Any question of application or interpretation of the regulations, or any unforeseen question that may arise, will be decided sovereignly by the Organizing Company.

7.3. Changes

The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the Game at any time, and in particular in the event of force majeure, without the Participants being able to claim any compensation. The amended rules will also be accessible on the site https://caviar-de-neuvic.com/ and can be obtained on simple request at the address of the Game indicated in article 7.1 above (reimbursement of the stamp on request at the slow rate in force).

Article 8 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION THIS REGULATION IS SUBJECT TO FRENCH LAW. ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THE APPLICATION OR INTERPRETATION OF THESE REGULATIONS WILL, IN THE FAILURE OF AMICABLE SETTLEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES, FALL WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE FRENCH COURTS.
