Smoked salmon fillet
From Norwegian origin, our Bömlo-labelled smoked salmon fillets are then processed by us at the estate in Neuvic. First, they are salted by hand before being smoked whole for many hours over beech wood.
The Bomlo label guarantees respect for animal welfare in conditions close to its breeding life (feeding, low density) and exceptional flesh quality thanks to very rapid processing of the fillets in Périgord.
It is an essential product for your receptions or dinners with friends. Our smoked salmon has an incomparable soft and melting texture.
You will make pretty colorful verrines by placing small diced avocado and fresh cheese in the bottom of each container, or simply served as an aperitif on Caviar de Neuvic blinis.
It can be served as an aperitif on a slice of toast with a drizzle of lemon. It can also garnish your salads, pasta or mashed potatoes...
