Did you know that Caviar de Neuvic is home to 50 hives on its estate? Initially created to offer honey to its teams, these hives now participate in an eco-responsible project. In partnership with the Erika brand, certain hives host bees producing exceptional honey, while the collected pollen is used to infuse our Neuvik vodka, designed to enhance caviar.

Discover our Flower Honey. A 100% local and polyfloral product, this Périgord treasure is foraged by bees in the unique biodiversity of the 30 hectares of the estate. Its creamy texture and refined aromas combine sweet sweetness, floral, fruity and slightly spicy notes.
