Baeri Nano Caviar - Six boxes
For small pleasures, six small 10g-boxes of caviar in different colours. For one, for two, or with friends; at home, at the restaurant or at the bistro. Six colours to be matched to your tastes and moods.
Pink, sky blue, sea blue, orange, green or red on the outside/caviar black on the inside. Nano is beautiful, it's fun, and above all it is the taste of Caviar de Neuvic.
In the mouth, the melting quality of the roe gives way to a palette of delicate, elegantly balanced sensations.
Serving
It is best to take your caviar box out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving. Arrange it on a bed of ice that will keep it fresh throughout the tasting. Prefer a small mother-of-pearl spoon that will not break the eggs and will not be subject to oxidation.
