Baeri Primeur Caviar
Primeur Caviar is a young, seasonal and unripened caviar. Coming from the fishing of the first baeri 2024 sturgeon, this new Spring caviar stands out for the delicacy of its aromas and the freshness of its eggs. Without going through the refining stage in an Origin Box, Primeur caviar is more delicate than Baeri Signature.
After an initial iodine attack on the palate, Primeur caviar will quickly give way to notes of butter and fresh nuts.
A spring caviar
The originality of this caviar lies in the search for maximum freshness while avoiding the refining stage in the Mother Box. Caviar Primeur, from the fishing of our first Baeri 2024 sturgeons, reveals more pronounced flavors of butter and dried fruits, more lively and less persistent iodized flavors.
Serving
It is best to take your caviar box out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving. Arrange it on a bed of ice that will keep it fresh throughout the tasting. Prefer a small mother-of-pearl spoon that will not break the eggs and will not be subject to oxidation.
